Lori® Device Protection

Important changes for Lori® Device Protection plans.

Starting on December 7, 2022, Lori Device Protection plans will no longer be sold. If you have a Starter, Essential, No Worries, or Spoil Me plan, we’ll continue to support your device until the end of your plan term. As of the last date of your plan term, we are electing to non-renew your current plan per your coverage documents. As a result, your protected device will no longer be covered once your current policy ends.

Online account services are no longer available, beginning on March 1, 2024. To get customer support for Lori® Device Protection, please contact us at support@hellolori.com.

How do I leverage my manufacturer warranty to get my device fixed?

Great news! If you purchased a new device, it's under a manufacturer's warranty usually for 12  months from the date you received the device. Going this route, you can get your device fixed without paying your service fee.
